Proof Locker provides a cloud-based photo kiosk platform that allows users to:
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By registering for an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
The Free Trial plan provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of kiosks, photos, and customization options.
Paid subscription plans (Junior Varsity and Varsity) provide expanded features and capabilities. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Additional kiosks beyond your plan's allowance may be purchased for an additional monthly fee per kiosk.
You retain all rights to photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, review, or remove any user content that violates these Terms.
If you upload photos that include minors (individuals under 18 years of age), you represent and warrant that:
You acknowledge that you, not Proof Locker, are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary permissions and consents for photos of minors.
The Service integrates with Dropbox for photo storage. By connecting your Dropbox account, you authorize us to access and display photos from your specified Dropbox folders. We do not claim ownership of your Dropbox content.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Proof Locker and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Proof Locker and associated logos are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Dropbox and Stripe) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment information is provided directly to Stripe and is subject to their terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your complete payment card information.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROOF LOCKER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Proof Locker and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your photos and content. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates and will not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or loss.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Proof Locker regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
