Our Service is intended for use by adults aged 18 and older (photographers, team administrators, and organization managers). Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

8.2 Photos of Minors

We recognize that this Service is specifically designed for sports photography, and photos displayed through the Service may include images of minors, including children under the age of 13. However, we do not directly collect personal information from children. The photos are uploaded by adult users (photographers and team administrators) who are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents.

8.3 User Responsibilities

Users who upload photos of minors are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate permissions and consents from parents or legal guardians before photographing minors
  • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies regarding photography of minors
  • Ensuring proper use of photos in accordance with any photo release forms or consent agreements
  • Maintaining the privacy and safety of minors whose photos are displayed through the Service

8.4 Gallery Viewing

Individuals viewing photo galleries (including minors and their families) do not need to create accounts or provide personal information to view photos. Gallery access does not require collection of personal data from viewers.

8.5 Parent and Guardian Rights

If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about photos of your child displayed through our Service, please contact the photographer or organization that uploaded the photos directly. You may also contact us at privacy@prooflocker.app, and we will assist in directing your request to the appropriate user account holder.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, or country where data protection laws may differ. By using the Service, you consent to such transfers.
